Don’t see your child’s diagnosis listed?
That’s okay. We focus on how your child moves and functions, not just their diagnosis. We’re happy to discuss how we can support their individual needs.
What to Expect
1. Sign up: Fill out the sign up form, call or email Camp PT to schedule an appointment time with Camp PT.
2. Initial Evaluation: the first session will be an initial evaluation. This will consist of the Doctor of Physical Therapy and you reviewing your child's pertinent medical history and the PT assessing your child's current abilities, movements and skills. We will then create a custom treatment plan and goals individualized to your child.
3. Treatment visits: the following visits will be one-on-one visits with the PT with individualized treatments specific to your child and their goals.
4. Progress Evaluations: Periodically we will complete a progress evaluation to assess progress made so far and how to best adjust our care.
5. Discharge: Our goal is to get your child to their full potential. Once they have reached their goals we will discharge them from care. You will be provided with home exercises and activities to help maintain their progress.
